Use this method when a sheet has dozens of plausible items and the thumbnails are starting to look equally convincing.
Define the decision before the first click
“Find a hoodie” is too broad. “Find a medium-weight zip hoodie with item-specific chest measurements and a visible zipper close-up” creates useful removal rules. If a row cannot answer the measurement or construction question, it can leave early.
- Goal: the item type and intended use.
- Deal-breaker: the missing detail that would make the row unusable.
- Budget range: a planning range that still leaves room for shipping.
